1. Delivery method
Products are delivered by courier to the address provided by the customer in the order form.
The customer is responsible for entering correct and complete delivery details: first name, last name, address, city, county / region, postal code, phone number and e-mail.
2. Delivery cost
The standard delivery cost for orders placed in the English version of the website is 10 EUR, unless another cost is displayed during checkout.
The delivery cost is displayed before the order is completed.

3. Processing time
Orders for products in stock are usually processed within 1–3 business days from order confirmation.
Orders placed during weekends or non-working days are processed on the next business day.
For personalized products, made-to-order products, adjustments or special situations, the processing time may be longer and will be communicated separately to the customer.
4. Delivery time
After the parcel is handed over to the courier, the estimated delivery time is usually 1–3 business days, depending on the courier, destination and busy periods.
Delivery times are estimates and may be influenced by factors beyond the control of SOCIAL PLUM SRL, such as courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, discount periods, force majeure situations or incorrect delivery details.
5. Delivery confirmation
After the parcel is dispatched, the customer may be informed by e-mail, phone or SMS about the delivery status, depending on the courier’s available systems.

6. Parcel inspection
Upon receiving the parcel, we recommend checking the integrity of the packaging.
If the packaging is visibly damaged, the customer may ask the courier to issue a damage report or may refuse the parcel.
If the product received is damaged, incorrect or non-compliant, the customer must contact SOCIAL PLUM SRL as soon as possible at contact@christineontheclouds.com, providing the order number and relevant photos.
7. Transfer of risk
The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer when the customer or a person designated by the customer takes physical possession of the products.
8. Personal data for delivery
For order delivery, the necessary delivery data may be shared with the courier company: first name, last name, address, phone number and, if necessary, e-mail.
This data is used exclusively for order delivery and parcel-related communication.
