Prices displayed on https://www.christineontheclouds.com in the English version of the website are expressed in EUR and represent the final price for the customer, including applicable taxes, if due according to the law.

The delivery cost is not included in the product price, unless expressly stated otherwise. The delivery cost is displayed before the order is completed.

Delivery cost: 10 EUR, unless another cost is displayed or communicated before order confirmation.

Available payment methods

1. Cash on delivery

The order is paid to the courier, in cash, upon delivery of the parcel.

Cash on delivery includes the value of the ordered products and the delivery cost, where applicable.

2. Online card payment through NETOPIA Payments

The customer may pay online by Visa or Mastercard bank card through the NETOPIA Payments payment processor.

Online transactions are processed securely.

SOCIAL PLUM SRL does not request, receive or store bank card details.

Card data is entered and processed exclusively in the secure environment of the NETOPIA Payments payment processor.

In case of an order cancellation or an accepted return, refunds for orders paid online by card are usually made through the same payment method, to the card used for the transaction.
