    Return information

    If you have changed your mind and no longer wish to keep a product from your order, received a different product than the one you ordered, or no longer want any of the ordered items, please contact us as soon as possible by phone at +40722530593 or by email at contact@christineontheclouds.com.

    You have the right to return a product within 14 days from the date of delivery. The refund will be processed within 72 hours from the moment we receive the returned item and will be issued via bank transfer, based on the details provided in the return form below.

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    Return conditions:

    1. Products must be unused, undamaged, in their original condition, quantity, and original packaging.
    2. Products must be returned within 14 days from the date the package was received.
    3. Personalized products, created according to your measurements or specific requirements, are not eligible for return. In accordance with Art. 10, letter c of Government Ordinance 130/2000, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized items, as well as products which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate rapidly.
