    This policy applies to products ordered through the website https://www.christineontheclouds.com.

    The customer, as a natural person, has the legal right to withdraw from the contract and return standard products within 14 calendar days from receiving them, without having to provide a reason.

    To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a clear request to contact@christineontheclouds.com or complete the return form available on https://www.christineontheclouds.com.

    Products must be returned without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the date when the withdrawal decision was communicated.

    The direct cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, except where the return is caused by an error of SOCIAL PLUM SRL or by a defective / non-compliant product.

    Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received, without signs of wear, washing, damage, odours or modifications, together with the labels and original packaging, as far as possible.

    The following products cannot be returned:

    • products made according to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
    • products which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned after unsealing;
    • damaged, worn, washed or incomplete products;
    • products that can no longer be resold due to the customer’s fault.

    The refund will be made within no more than 14 days from the date on which SOCIAL PLUM SRL is informed of the withdrawal decision.

    SOCIAL PLUM SRL may postpone the refund until the returned products are received or until proof of shipment is provided, whichever occurs first.

    For orders paid online by card, the refund is made through the same payment method, to the card used for the transaction.

    For cash on delivery orders, the refund is made by bank transfer to the account provided by the customer.
